The company holds Class A qualifications for steel structure engineering contracting, Class A qualifications for general contracting of building construction, and Class B qualifications for bridge engineering contracting. Founded in 2012, in 2020, according to its business plan, it established the Sinoma Energy Conservation Group, founding Hebei Sinoma Energy Conservation Technology Co., Ltd., Hebei Sinoma Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., Hebei Sinoma Steel Structure Technology Co., Ltd., and Hebei Sinoma Design Co., Ltd., among others. Currently, the group possesses complete production equipment in the steel structure industry, with an annual designed production capacity of 100,000 tons.

In 2024, its annual output value was 1.448 billion yuan, fixed assets were 293 million yuan, and total annual tax payment was 39.72 million yuan.

The group's ultra-low energy consumption industrial park currently covers over 102 acres, with a total building area of 60,000 square meters, 1,200 employees, over 200 technical personnel, and a total investment of 1 billion yuan.

The planned dual-carbon industrial park covers 160 acres, with the first phase expected to be operational in 2026. The existing park is gradually developing into a prefabricated industrial park focusing on prefabricated construction and steel structure processing; the new park will be a dual-carbon industrial park focusing on energy conservation.

The company boasts a one-stop service system encompassing design, sales, production, installation, and after-sales support.

It owns 12 steel structure production lines, 2 intersecting lines, and 4 truss floor decking production lines. The company has introduced advanced equipment such as a 20,000-watt laser cutting machine, multiple 16-head shot blasting machines, and CNC flame cutting machines, currently achieving an annual steel component production capacity of over 100,000 tons.

It has now developed into a comprehensive energy-saving building enterprise integrating R&D, design, building material production, and construction management. Its products are now exported to countries such as Mexico, Uganda, Laos, Mongolia, and Algeria.
